Nothing surprising here, just an opinion.Obama hates you, and he hates me. Why? Bevause we have an ability to think and make choices based not in "feelings" but in direct correlation to the facts and substance of any given situation.
Feelings are what carried the Obama Man-Child from the obsurity of the Illionois senate where he had mostly done nothing at all to the race for POTUS. Looking at is actions reveals nothing of substance at all about his accomplsihments in life, nothing to suggest he might be able to stare down Putin in a missile crisis, nothing to suggest he might be able to figure out how to fix an economy he doesn't understand or even agree with on the basis of it's basic prinicples of capitalism.
All I've heard from the half dozen Obamanites I have fairly regular contact with is how they "feel" about Obama. They feel 'hopeful' or happy or in one case she claims he has cured her constant state of depression. The last one there is the only one who had anything moderately intelligent to say about the issue. The rest of them couldn't get past the 'gushing' to make a rational statement or in most cases not even a complete sentence.
For me, this points out a basic fallacy in the entire Democratic process we have been drifting toward since the Liberals began pushing us away from the original Republic we started the nation with.
The federal governemtn has become a huge megaolithinc burden on the people and the States have become vassals of the Federal Republic.
Wrong.
A return to soverign states with States Rights severely limited and the Federal Governemnt reduced by 70%-80% to it's origianl purpose of protecting us from outside aggression and monitoring (not fixing) problems between the States.
Until some very basic issues are corrected in the way this nation is headed away from the original intent of the nations beginning, all of the other remedies and fixes are just a band-aid on a broken leg. It might feel good to look down and see that someone cared enought to pay attention to the booboo, but the leg is still broken.
Do be sure to vote today, but don't worry about making life right with the vote. It's only about choosing the lesser of two evils today.
