Mex Army Phoenix Home Invasion - NAFTA @ Work!

Mex Regulars or Irregulars? That is the question on the minds of the Phoenix Police Dept these days. For about five months there have been increased murders of Mexican Police, Police Chiefs, and Mexican Drug Agents (sometimes impossible to tell the players evern with a scorecard) The Federales have gotten involved on the South side of the border, unfortuantely they seem to be working both sides of the street in some cases. Lets not forget how much money we as Americans are pumping into the Mexican drug Cartel coffers.

The thoughts of the Phoenix Police officers are that the drug cartels are now performing cross border home invasion raids and murders north of the border i.e. Arizona. The past few months have been difficult for the Mexican Police and some of the drug cartel members who have assumed room temperature or in some cases the ambient temperature of the desert. As a result, some members of the remaining Mexican drug cartels are moving parts of their operations into the United States. Just another case of NAFTA working in both directions.
The home invasion on Monday, where a homeowner, 30-year-old Andrew Williams was murdered and as many as 100 rounds were fired at the home.
The Phoenix Police Department (PPD) documents linked here describe military tactical ops control. Complete with window raking, suppressive fire, and door breaches (busting in.) Did the Mexicans think this was going to go unnoticed in a neighborhood?
 

The documents  appended also suggest the home invaders were prepared to take the battle to the PPD, but ran out of ammunition prior to the arrival of the first PPD officers. (lack of ammo control is a bad tactic)

This nearly full scale battle which took place at 8329 W. Cypress St. Phoenix AZ. is presumed by the PPD to be only the beginning of the problem. Some reports indicate the drug cartels are interested in finding a safer place to do business than Mexico. I would be also.

The issue of cross border raids has been gaining notoriety over the past five months, the trend appears to be on the rise with no end in sight at this point.
The statement by one of those who was caught regarding the desire to take the fight to the PPD, has created some tension in the issue of crime response for the PPD. (certainly would for me)

At some point the concept of a closed border with Mexico is certain to come up as one of the few viable methods of controlling the influx of Mexican drug cartels and criminals all sorts to the United States. This particular crime speaks volumes to the recent ruling by the US Supreme Court regarding the ability of nearly all citizens to avail themselves of self defense weapons.

Seems though, that the SCOTUS will need to loosen up a bit on the full auto weapons restrictions. If somebody brings the fight to my corner, screw the concept of a fair fight. I want them outgunned to the max. I want full auto and RPG's.

NObama Carries Hindu Charms? OK.

It just keeps getting worse, and worser, and worserest. As reported in the Times of India, Barry Hussein NObama is about to recieve a two foot tall gold plated statue of a charm of Lord Hanuman , a monkey faced jack-a-lope from Hinduism.
 
 
Dang! How about we just find a nice Baptist to run for POTUS instead. No controversy there. I should inall fairness admit I would rather have a Hindu for President than an Islamic follower of Moe the Child Molestor or even someone who is just sympathetic to the Moe crowd.
 
But the reality is I want an AMERICAN, not just by birth, but someone who loves this country with all of its warts and scars. I don't want someone who is going to change it into a new incarnation of the USSR from the 1960's.
And I definitely don't want NObama leading anything more complicated than a High School cheer at a football rally.
 
Even if NObama carried nothing more controversial than a small box of Lucky Charms (with pink hearts and yellow moons) I still don't want him to run this country (into the ground.)
 
I much prefer he would just go back to Chicago and work for his Mob Buddies doing sleazy real estate deals and maybe a little loan sharking on the side.
Once in a while he could slide over to Atlantic City and do a bit of 'enforcement' just to keep his hands steady. That would leave the real job for an adult to be busy with, taking care of the real problems of this nation. Not fiddling around withy the made up problems created by the American Left (commies and socialists) so they can fidn a "fix" to create a new tax to fudn the solution to the problem they created. (like the ethanol fiasco)
 
NObama, please go home, somebody's mommy needs you.
 
p.s. is it legal for NObama to accept a gift of a two foot tall gold plated statue while in office? Despite the fact he hasn't actually been in his office since he started running for POTUS.

Citizen vs City

In the case of C.E. Atwell of Monett Mo. the concept of Eminent Domain worked out correctly. Mr. Atwell's gripe wasn't the City of Monett taking his 1.11 acres of land for a street improvement, but the price the city was willing to pay for removing the strip from his business' property.
 
The City of Monett offered only $18,000 for the strip of land which was to come from a parcel of 14.07 acres Mr Atwell owned.
Mr. Atwell made a request for $140,000 instead. The city used a bogus formula based on an old sales price for a piece of land on the other side of the street to determine the price to offer.
 
Not so fast though! When the case went to court and a jury, the jury found for the plaintiff (Mr. Atwell) The Quasi-Human serving as the Attorney for the City was a Mr. R.B. Regan. From the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission.
 
The jury awarded Mr. Atwell $112,765 PLUS interest from the time of the condemnation proceeding - six and a half years!
 
The total paid out to Mr. Atwell was $147,583.84
Way to go Mr. Atwell, the preponderance of these cases don't turn out as well for the average citizen. The overbearing governmental cretins tend to take the land and run. And in this case at least the land was actually used for the public benefit instead of just being given to another fat cat supporter of the City government.

More Third World Crime In America

Another Illegal Invader has chosen to bring his cultural invasion with him. Francisco "Pancho" Hernandez has taken the life of another Illegal Invader in the little town of Monett Missouri last Friday. Rolando Hernandez was 28 years old and he entered the country illegally, I have no sympathy for him. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. It may be a bummer for his family, but reality strikes when and where it will. Hernandez was just another Third World Cultural Invader of this nation, the upside to this is that he was stabbed by another Illegal Invader, one who is likely to do time for the murder which will take him off the street too. The downside is that as long as Pancho is in jail we as American citizens are in the business of supporting his useless carcass.
 
The house where the crime occurred only had ten people living in it, heck that's only partial occupancy for a Third World Flop House isn't it? Room enough to fit in ten or fifteen more I'm sure.

Election With An Edge

How spoiled we are in this, the greatest nation on the planet.
Morgan Tsvangirai the leader of the opposition party to Robert Mugabe's Zanu -PF party has chosen to pull out of the election run off race for President of Zimbabwe due to concerns about his supporters. The end result of a Socialist State is an election process which only empowers those in power. Similar to what we have in the United States now if we consider the New American Aristocracy (CONgress)

Increasingly Mugabe's Zany -PF has targeted the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) through the military supporters of the Zanu -PF. Local MDC leaders have been killed, their families have been burned alive and political functions of the MDC have been disrupted by the Zanu PF thugs.


  • "We can't ask the people to cast their vote on June 27 when that vote will cost their lives. We will no longer participate in this violent sham of an election," Tsvangirai said at a news conference in Zimbabwe's capital.

When a people are willing to risk more than the time to drop in at Starbucks to grab a caffepoopalattecino is where the rubber meets the road. We in the USof A are only barely able to call ours a representative form of government these days. The voter turnout is often low enough to allow a candidate to achieve office with less than 15% of the population voting for him or her when the voter turnout runs below 30% of eligible voters.

In Zimbabwe, the price to be paid for belonging to the opposition party can be rather steep.
The MDC no. 2 person Tendai Biti,  was arrested within moments of  returning from South Africa last week and is being held on charges of treason.
The penalty for treason in Zimbabwe can be a short trial and an even faster execution.

  • It is evident that the Mugabe regime has disregarded regional and continental opinion that has been calling for an end to disruption of MDC election campaign programs, state sanctioned brutality, violence and harassment of the people of Zimbabwe," the opposition said in a statement.
 
 
This turn of events may send an already deepening economic downturn into a downward spiral Robert Mugabe will not be able to survive politically despite the use of terror tactics and his national police force to threaten the populace with beatings, and even death by fire.
Elections in some parts of the world give an entirely new meaning to the word sacrifice. That sacrifice is sometimes rewarded with a better govenment, sometimes not. What sacrifice I and every other American is willing to make will give us the government we deserve in November.

On Monday, Obama applauded the civilian prosecution of terrorists prior to the attacks of September 11, 2001.

“In previous terrorist attacks -- for example, the first attack against the World Trade Center -- we were able to arrest those responsible, put them on trial,” he told ABC. “They are currently in U.S. prisons, incapacitated.”
 
Well that really worked out spiffy, didn't it?
 
No more problems there!

And to be bluntly honest, I'd rather have Osama Bin Laden run for President, at least then we'd know where to find him to take care of that problem.

Traffic Court for Osama? Obama's Buddy?

Obama advisers suggest traffic citation for Obama's buddy Osama. After all, 9-11 wasn't a crime, except for the traffic snarl it created.
And that is I believe, the whole reason behind the push from the Stuidpreme Court to make the Gitmo detainees available to the court system. Just in case Obama's booty buddy Osama is caught, the court system will be able to find a way to issue a traffic citation for interfering with the business of the Socialist Democrats and almost derailing the Socialist Democrat trainride to Hell (socialism) in this nation.
 
The DementedKrats know that without 9-11 Jorge W Bushez would never have won a second term. So.. it's really Osama's fault Shrillary didn't get the nod this time after a single term for the Goracle or the Kerry.
 
Democrats are morons. But that is a very biased view, most morons I know are nice people, unlike the Democrats.

I understand how insensitive and politically incorrect it might appear, but I just don't have an interest in having a Muslim or a former muslim as President of the United States

Apparently the Obamas of Kenya have been reading those scurrilous emails to which Barack likes to refer, because they have no doubt -- contrary to the claims of the Obama campaign, that the presidential candidate was raised a Moslem. They take that as a given.

As the Jerusalem Post reports, "Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background. In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya."

The Obama brothers' father, a senior economist for the Kenyan government who studied at Harvard University, died in car crash in 1982. He left six sons and a daughter. All of his children - except Malik -- live in Britain or the United States. Malik and Barack met in 1985.

In a remarkable denial issued last November that still stands on the official campaign website, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs issued a statement explaining that "Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised as a Muslim, and is a committed Christian."

Apparently Malik Obama, himself a Muslim, had not read the press release.

Melanie Phillips is the most recent commentator to draw attention to the massive body of evidence that leaves no doubt that Barak Hussein Obama was born a Muslim (Islam is patrilineal) and raised a Muslim (so registered in school, acknowledging attending Islamic classes, reported accompanying his step-father to the mosque, and able to recite the Koran in the original Arabic).

Reuven Koret, Aaron Klein and Daniel Pipes have previously pointed to the attempts by Obama and his campaign to conceal the candidate's Muslim background. The well documented evidence draws upon the on-the-ground interviews by researchers in Indonesia and Kenya, published quotations of Obama's childhood friends and his school records, as well as the candidate's own autobiography.

It is not clear whether Barack Obama will now disown his half-brother Malik, or throw him under the campaign bus, for acknowledging that shared family background. In any case, some one should notify "Fight the Smear" tout de suite. Perhaps they can get him with the program.

He's making the US look dumb, we do well enough at that without him. We have CONgress out there to help the world know how low we can go.

NObama A Girly Man For All Seasons

Ahmadenijad the Tiny Tyrant of Iran expects the next admisitration to offer a different approach? Can we all say DUH!
Of course the next US Administration will have a different approach. If there is an Iran to worry about after Jorge W Bushez nukes it before leaving office. (that's just a hope, not a prediction, to be honest I don't much faith in Jorge to do the right thing)
 
At any rate the US Administration will do one of two things depending on who heads that Administration.
 
A} John McCain: Talk tough, talk nice, then nuke it when The Tiny Tyrant misbehaves and thumbs his nose at John.
 
B} Nobama: Talk nice, then whine, then plead, then beg. Then ignore The Tiny Tyrant when the Tiny Tyrant thumbs his nose at NObama. Until of course The Tiny Tyrant bombs Israel with the nukes Iran has been, and still is working on developing.
Then NObama can begin again. First Talk nice, then whine, then plead.... you get the story?
 
The only wild card in the play is what happens when the US Military turns loose on Iran despite any lack of orders to do so from NObama?
The answer of course is Courts Martials for one and all concerned. Then of course is the time for 'Tough Talk", not to Iran but to the US Military. Nobama must keep his fringe lunatic Djihimmicrat base molified, so they don't talk mean about him. That might make the Little Girly man sad. He might have to run off to Camp David and pout for a week or two. Maybe NObama could go off on a rant of his own at that point about how 'whitey' just doesn't respect a black President, and won't do what they are told to do. Or in this case won't not do what they weren't told not to do.
