My money is on Vaclav for the more intelligent response, and Al Gore for being a moron.

called out by Czech Pres. Klaus to debate the merits of human created Glo-Bull warming while Klaus is in Wahington DC this week.
Klaus has offered to debate the Al Moron on more than one occasion, but Al Gore being the chicken turd he is, has refused to answer the call. Klaus has compared the current crop of Environists to the communists he grew up fearing and hating.
- Klaus, an economist, said he opposed the "climate alarmism" perpetuated by environmentalism trying to impose their ideals, comparing it to the decades of communist rule he experienced growing up in Soviet-dominated Czechoslovakia.
- "Like their (communist) predecessors, they will be certain that they have the right to sacrifice man and his freedom to make their idea reality," he said.
That definitely sounds like the blimpster Al Gore, sacrificing nothing himself, living in his 23,000 sq. ft. shack and flitting from continent to continent in his private jet while telling us to "be kind to the earth" and use public transportation, dim the lights, turn down the thermostat ad nauseum.

Klaus being an economist has written a book focusing on the economic bondage which Al Gore proposes:
