Barry Hussein Obama did the political thing, he called for non-violence after Queens Supreme Court Justice Arthur Cooperman rendered the not guilty verdict for the thre cops accused of shooting Sean Bell. And that of course seriously irritated Al Sharpton.

In a flash, Rev. Al called Barry o to 'explain his (Al's) position.

An Obama spokesbot made the following statement;

 

               Interpretation: Al Sharpton called Obama and Obama never got to say anything, Al had plenty to say and said it all, then said some more and then hung up after telling Obama to keep his Illinois nose out Rev Al's balliwick. Which iso f course making more hay from racial discord. My impression of Al Sharpton is that Martin Luther king Jr. would have called Al an apostate fool, a charlatan in Christian clothes. Al Sharpton no more deserves the title of Reverend than Jesse Jackson, and Jesse Jackson for those wondering about it, has never been a pastor at any church on this planet or any other.
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are good at what they do, they are good at milking the Black Church Communities for mney to fight the next Great Battle.

 

The Great Racial Divider, Al Sharpton is likely P.O.'d about losing his next gravy train to a luxurious retirement with a villa on the French Rivierea, and a full time home office in the Hamptons. The home office being 14,000 sq. ft. with two pools and a theatre capable of seating three or four dozen of his closest friends. Obama won't be invited.

At one point in the history of this nation, the Sharptons and the Jacksons were needed. That day is long gone, it went the way of increased enrollment of minorities in colleges, not based on an artificial quota system. But the enrollment of a new generation of minorities who make the entry to college on their own merits, by working and studying hard in high school.

By doing life the old fashioned Bill Cosby way. Working their tail to the bone to get the grades to get the scholarships available to any young student willing to work hard for it.

 

Or they got into the school of their choice by having parents who did life the hard way, working their fingers to the bone to make the money to send their kids to a colege which will give thekids a chance to be the next Bill Gates, Jonas Salk, or Ronald Reagan.

 

Al Sharpton has outlived his usefullness on the public stage of Reverse Discrimination Pandering. He should look around and realize how counter productive he is and find another line of work loan sharking or ambulance chasing lawyer comes to mind.

John McCain is nothing if not a shrewd politician, and after reading through a stack of articles tall enough to hide a pachyderm one thing stands out.

John doesn't like being a Republican. He doesn't seem to want to be a Democrat either, but he doesn't like where the Republican Party is now, and hasn't liked where it's been for quite some time. In that regard, I can join with him wholeheartedly, the Republican Party has slid to the Left to keep a merely nominal distance between the Far Left Democrats and the Right of Center moderates which in theory make up the vast majority of Middle America. (a badly mistaken theory I would add)

But John?.... He keeps looking to the Right, and to the Center. Not where they are, but where they were. Back when men were men and girls were the only ones wearing pony tails. Back when the Republican Party was on track with the observations of, and the teaching of Bill Buckley. The Republican Party is so far Left of what it used to stand for, it's more like a pale Shadow of Liberalism these days.

George W Bush will have a lot to answer for in the coming decades as more of his pandering to the concepts of Big Government becomes more widely known. The Republican Party as it now exists will not likely exist in another decade or so. When a political party loses the definition and flavor of what it is, the party fades away, in the way the Whigs got lost when Abe Lincoln became a Republican. The Republicans were new and bright and shiny, and stood for all that made sense to the most reasonable and conservative of the Nations populace at the time.

So here is the connection which popped out at me in regards to John McCain and the way he is attempting to play both sides of the street in this election cycle.

McCain is in a nominally conservative party. But  he has also taken a stand which allows him to attract a large number of the old Reagan Democrat demographic. The folks who just can't stomach another Clinton in the White House, and the folks who would be more than willing to vote for a woman or a black American - if either of them weren't so obviously Socialists.

The fence walking which John McCain is doing may well give him the Bully Pulpit for an easy four years. At that time, when the 2012 election cycle rolls around John McCain is poised as the incumbent to make war on a Republican Party which will have drifted further to the Left (an easy prediction.)

By having the incumbent appeal, and having the political machine, John has the option of opting out of the Two party system and running as not an Independent, but as something entirely new, whether the McCain Party of Freedom and American Values or The New American Party or The Crawfish Party, it won't matter what it is, as long as the acronym fits the mold for the ad makers to rhyme with, and isn't too long and so forth.

The point being John McCain has a chance to do what so many of us have wanted to do for a very long time, and that is to eliminate the stranglehold of the Two-Party System in this Nation. The addition of another viable party would add what is missing,

The idea of having a third party with an actual tangible shot at winning an election is heady stuff. The concept of having a third party available to run a candidate with something more than just another version of the same old B.S. is enough to fill an electorate with something we haven't had since John F Kennedy ran for POTUS.

The sad truth in relation to the current dregs of the Republican Party is that John F Kennedy was a better Republican than all the current crop of Republican Wannabes and RINO's with the probable exception of Duncan Hunter of California (of all places.)

World crude oil futures prices rise at the mention of an Iranian ski boat harassing a merchant ship!

I am sure that cash all came from folks who knew the subprime loan they had was a dream, eh?

66. I did not take money from oil companies. LIAR--[03/31/2008] THE FACTS: True enough, Obama does not take money from oil companies. No candidate does. It is illegal for corporations to give money to politicians.

Corporations do, however, have political action committees that collect voluntary donations from employees and then donate them to candidates.

Obama doesn’t take money from PACs. He also doesn’t take money from lobbyists.

But he does accept money from executives and other employees of oil companies and two of his fundraisers are oil company executives. As of Feb. 29, Obama’s presidential campaign had received nearly $214,000 from oil and gas industry employees and their families, according to an analysis by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics.

Clinton had received nearly $307,000 from industry workers and their families and Republican Sen. John McCain, the likely GOP presidential nominee, received nearly $394,000, according to the Center’s totals.

67. I don’t think my church is actually particularly controversial, Obama said at a community meeting in Nelsonville, Ohio, earlier this month. LIAR–Yesterday, he told a different story. “Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes,” he said in his speech yesterday in Philadelphia .

68. Look at my education record in Illinois. LIAR--In reality, Obama never really championed the local councils. He supported them behind the scenes and only eventually came out publicly on their behalf. When he did weigh in, he came down on the wrong side of the debate against protecting principals from unwarranted dismissals and in favor of keeping councils independent, no matter what.

1. Obama claims special birth. Much more so than we might believe.

Reports emanating from Africa allege his mother was in Kenya with his ARAB Kenyan (NOT Black Kenyan) father--this is clearly shown in Kenyan Govt. Registry documents which list the father as an Arab Kenyan--at a very late term of her pregnancy and was not allowed on a flight to return to HAWAII .

She gave birth to him in Kenya , immediately got on a plane and then registered him as being born in Hawaii.

2. He is NOT an African American but an Arab American and cannot claim African minority status, which by US Federal regulations require a person to have 1/8 (one eighth) of the minority blood (12%).

From his mother he has 50% white blood, from his father he has 43.25% Arab blood and from his MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER he manages to hold onto 6.75% African or Black heritage blood.

He has had to duck and weave all his life and use whatever lies he could use to even pass for black and the benefits this minority status provided. So even this, while understandable-is a documented LIE.

 

OOOOOOHHH Bama, liar liar pants on fire!

The timing of the arms shipment being sent to Zimbabwe from China seems to be suspect in the eyes of the South Africa Transport and Allied Workers Union (SATAWU) in the port of Durban in South Africa. Zimbabwe is a landlocked country with access to international shipments being limited mostly to it's most stable neighbor South Africa. The rest of the nations surrounding Zimbabwe are in even more dire straits in some respects. The situation has been so bad in Botswana for example, the people have given up trying to change the system, they just try to make it from one day to the next and if they do - DAMN it's a miracle!

The SATAWU has refused to unload the shipment of arms bound for Zimbabwe and the army of Robert Mugabe. The ship An Yue Jiang has been docked since Wednesday. SATAWU and Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) have urged the government of South Africa to have the ship sent back to China with the arms still on board. SATAWU and COSATU have also reportedly lobbied various Human Rights organizations to pressure the South Africa government to force thee return of the arms to China.

South Africa President Thabo Mbeki had been chosen by the members of both major Zimbabwean political parties to mediate the dispute in the elections results in March of this year. Amid recriminatory statements from South Africa’s opposition African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) spokesperson Kenneth Meshoe, Mbeki has been urged to recuse himself from the negotiations.
