RomneyCare Redux & Fish Fire

From the TH's Today on the Campaign trail section is the piece in which Mitt rags on Rudy about ShrillaryCare and yada yada yada ya...

Rudy has the following to say about it:

ROMNEY-HEALTH CARE

Romney says Republican rival Giuliani praised Clinton's health care plan

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) _ Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Tuesday said rival Rudy Giuliani "had nothing but praise" when then-first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton proposed a universal health care plan.

Romney's campaign cited a New York Times article quoting the former New York mayor from 1994 as praising the Clinton plan for "doing some pretty good things." The plan was never enacted.

"When Hillary's plan first came out, Rudy Giuliani had nothing but praise for Hillary's plan. Why the change? Why the change in attitude? When it first came out, he was all roses and petals for Hillary's plan. All full of praise. Now I'm running for president, he's decided it's not such a good idea," Romney said during a news conference after touring a children's hospital.

Hey Mitt, there's a metric-buttload of us who don't want any form of socialized health care in this country. The MassHealth plan was just that, a glossy form of socialized health care.

Notwithstanding the primary funding source, (us from the Feds) it was a way to GIVE healthcare to "the poor, the unfortunate, the whacked out, the crackheads, those whose cat had a flat tire, the poor planners, those whose dog didn't come back from the drycleaners, the last minute planners, (which is no plan at all) and those who for whatever reason couldn't afford private health insurance, like not having a job for the last ten years.

This just keeps getting worser and worser and worserest. All you RINO's - STAND DOWN, you are not the solution, y'all are part of the problem!

Hey heres a plan for healthcare that makes sense:

1.
Get a job.

2.
Keep it

3.
Buy insurance

4.
KEEP IT

5.
When sick, use it.

Repeat as needed.

This country was founded by a group of people who came here with not very much.
They chose to live life on the edge, what else can you call leaving a nice comfy, polluted, restrictive, monarchial, parliamentary system, where Lords and Ladies ruled the realm, and the commoners could eat dirt.

People don't leave comfortable situations, they leave their home to start somewhere else because it seems, despite the danger or the unknowns to be a better choice.

If a fishes home is on fire in their fishbowl, they may choose to jump out. Although they are still in heap big trouble, but they can jump out.

So it was with the Pilgrims, life wasn't all that rosy where they came from so they went on a cruise. No shuffleboard, no casino, without double decaf no foam sugar free vanilla lattes at 155. Just the promise that if they tried it and they lived through the voyage, they would have a chance to WORK hard and live free.

IT didn't work out very well for the first group, most of them died the first winter. But the rest of them with a little help from the Native Americans made a go of it.
Harsh reality did it's normal thing, it wised up those who had ears to hear and eyes to see.

Have we as a Nation lost the ability to hear and see?
Not all of us, those who have fought and bled for this Nation know what it is we fought for. In most cases so do our loved ones. Cindy Sheehan is one of the exceptions, she downgraded her son Casey's sacrifice to a mere political talking point. There are even some who have never fought, never bled who can see the truth. They are to be praised, harsh reality didn't have to bite them on the buttocks to get their attention.

Is it OK to suggest that more of us need to be bitten on the ankles until we understand what the Liberal Socialist crowd wants to take away from us? I would have thought that 9/11 was enough to make it clear. The world at large is not a nice place, it's filled with rough, lying, cheating, nasty, ill mannered louts like Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, King Saud, Hillary Clinton, and Fidel Castro.

Unfortunately there are no longer "Planetary New Frontiers", what we have is what we have. It's time to lose the Socialist Bull Puckey and purge the Socialists from our political system. We need a return to the Federal Republic under which this nation was formed and to lose the incorrect moniker of a Democracy. A return to a limited Federal Government and the ability of the States to govern themselves as they see fit.
Is it time for a quiet or a noisy revolution?

Romney's MassHealth

On July 26 2006 Mitt Romney lauded his MassHealth insurance coverage plan to cover all Massachusetts citizens. Unfortunately it only worked because the Federal Gov't allowed Romney and Massachusetts to keep portions of the Federal Medicaid which would have gone to individual recipients in Massachesetts.

The classic shell game.
“Our ability to now insure every Massachusetts citizen is a historic achievement for both the Commonwealth and the nation,” said Romney. “A critical component of our plan is that all residents will have the opportunity to purchase affordable health insurance.”

Left unstated are the deep pockets of the Federal Gov't picking up the cost of the program.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Mitt Romney is probably an interesting guy to sit down and have a cup of coffee with and to talk over some of the finer points of dove hunting or anything else of no consequence, but... he is a RINO in sheeps clothing. He ran for and won the Governorship of Massachusetts - Teddy "Two Quart" Land.

And there are items with which I as a CONSERVATIVE can agree with Mitt Romney, such as Gay Marriage. There is though, an awful lot with which we stand on opposite sides of the fence. I on the right, he on the left.

One of the few things I can say about Mitt Romney without equivocation is that the former first lady of France hasn't endorsed him, nor has Hezbollah or Hamas. Unlike Hillary Clinton. (from Gateway Pundit)

Global Warming is Cooling

We are the RICH. The U.N. has found a new mantra to bleat about. Global Warming may be cooling off, so the issue now is "Climate Change" and the need for more of my tax dollars to help the 'poor' nations of the world manage the 'crisis' of climate change. The real surprise is - gasp - the U.N. want s the U.S. to pay the largest share of the $86 billion of wealth redistribution.
Did no one ever tell the U.N. it's not polite to beg for money like a greedy little child? Or having been told did they not pay attention? And would they please make up their minds! First they cry about too many people being on the planet, then when Mother Nature takes a hand in the process and attempts to rid herself of a few million non-producers the U.N. wants to step in and halt the process?

Has no one on this entire planet looked at some of the areas these 'poor' people live in? Like Bangladesh.
Thats a disaster looking for a place to land isn't it? Seems like the mean elevation of the entire country is about four inches above sea level.

High tide and half the country is flooded, no wonder Pakistan let it slip away from them. It was just a drag on the economy to keep it. Even the opium farmers couldn't live there without crossing their opium with rice to have a hybrid opium which would grow underwater, and  just as well, it would have made Rice Krispies too dangerous to mix with marshmallows for those little sticky holiday snacky thingies that always leave such a mess on your fingers. But on the other hand who would care after eating a few?

Or how about Darfur, now thats a real Garden of Eden isn't it? Looks to me like it hasn't rained good since the Great Flood of Noah's time. And there are people who live in the area that think of themselves as farmers. How they make a living growing dust bunnies is a mystery to me.

So then oil is discovered in the region and the real fighting begins, obviously the concept of having wealth escapes a vast majority of them. Wealth should produce a surcease from misery, not compound it. But that would be the Moozlum credo, "Pain,  Misery And Little Girls Were Good Enough For MooHammud - It's Good Enough For Me"

Somehow I don't think $86 billion a year is going to be enough, we should just send them our entire GNP and live in the dirt and misery with them, then the 'poor' countries would know we really care enough to be "One With Them" and the DjimoKrats could feel good about themselves until the next global crisis. A shortage of Kenyan coffee beans to make lattes and frappucinos with.

Outsourcing Criminal Justice

Here is an idea whose time has come. Outsourcing criminal justice to North Korea. I thought Texas had a lock on the process with their express lane death row, but North Korea outdoes Texas by several orders of magnitude with executions in stadiums.

150,000 spectators can't be all wrong can they? And just think of what it might be like to get the brewski concession at one of these things! Or saki or whatever adult beverage the North Koreans prefer. Although from the reports I see, most of the country would be happy just have food and water fit to eat and drink.

This could be the end of the problem for North Korea and the U.S., why would they want to send an errant missile into the Hawaiian Islands if we are providing them with a steady cash flow of earned business?
As a side benefit it might teach the NoKo's Kim Jung I'm SO ILL the value of honest work and capitalism.

The crime rate in this nation would be bound to go down overnight with the threat of being shipped out to a North Korean judge and jury, where the best you can hope for is Ggori Gom-tang (Ox Tail Soup), Cheonggukjang-jjiggae (Fast Fermented Bean Paste Stew), Nakji Bokkeum (Stir-fried Octopus) or the San Fransicko favorite Shinseollo (Fairy Casserole).

Would you pass the fairy casserole, Bosin-tang (Dog Soup) and hot mustard please?

Lawyers & Other Zooplankton

In the realm of humankind, there exists a lower life form known as "Lawyers" Being just above invertabrates and other zooplanktons, they will occasionally make the rest of us aware of them by uttering some really foolish statement such as:

"I can think of no good reason for them to institute this policy," said Steven Jacobs, the lawyer for the workers who are suing GC Industries in Deep River, Conn. "It's offensive to people who speak Spanish and is potentially dangerous. It inhibits them from communicating in their native tongue in situations that could put people at risk."

How exceedingly Orwellian of him. Is it 1984 again? It seems obvious to a former trades worker that having all of the people in a plant speaking a common language is safer than having two or even three languages spoken.

Jose " Creo que me tragó una mosca tsetsé mosca "

Fred " Huh, what was that?"

Jose "Creo que me tragó una mosca tsetsé mosca !!!!!!"

Fred " Well, quit eating so many chiles for lunch doofus! and why were you going to a mosque anyway, you're Catholic aren't you?"

As a result Jose will come down with a fatal case of sleeping sickness and his entire family will wind up on welfare as a result.

Will Romney Incarcerate Moonbats?

A conservative wordbutcher asks if Mitt will incarcerate Moonbats just for being intrinsically stupid.  But in reality, who cares. They're just Moonbat Fruitloop Leftoids.
The real question though is why do the Romneyoids feel the need to post and repost all of the same stuff over and over?
Some of it is well written, but does wear a bit thin after the twentieth or so reading. I'm sure there must be more out there about Mitts day to day election cycle happenings, probably... perhaps or maybe not.

Mitt seems like a reasonbly nice sort to put up with, if all we as Conservatives want is another card carrying member of the RINO Club, one who seems to have a proclivity toward a continued shift toward the left.

Not my cup of tea.
I want a conservative. period.

Babies are pollution?

Babies are pollution? From the Daily Mail (London) comes the story of Toni Irving an Eco-Warrior (read that as Eco-Nut). Who refuses to have a baby because it would be cruel to the Earth to have a child. In the article she discusses her reasons for not having children, which is a fine decision to make, if that's what spins her prop... but....
Toward the end of the article is a quote: "

"I realised then that a baby would pollute the planet - and that never having a child was the most environmentally friendly thing I could do."

Now, I must admit I enjoyed my kids and am now enjoyning my grandchildren immensely. The idea of not having had them is repulsive to me. Children though are not for everyone, some people don't have the p[atience, and some people shouldn;t even be allowed to have a cat let alone having the responsibility for another human life!

But to not ave children because it's not environmentally friendly?
I have to agree with her, she should never have children and more over should never be allowed to speak within hearing of any human under the age of twenty one.
No young skulls full of mush should be contaminated by the idiotic behavior and reasoning of Ms. Irving.

Not having children is a personal choice, but to not have them because they are a drain on the planet's resources? Gimme a break, if we ever run out of resources here it's because the Enviro-Whackos have made it too difficult to mine the resources from the rest of the planets and asteroid belt.

The sad truth is how many Toni's there are out there. Buying the sputum AlGore and the rest of Wing-Nuts are selling. The realization of how big the lie was will be a devastating blow to some people when the truth of how small an imprint we as humans are able to leave on the planet actually is.

At that time I sincerely hope for AlGore to still be alive and held accountable for his charlatans act.

Don't Look At Me ! or Liberal Idiopathic Angst

In the spirit of the Ultimate Liberal Angst Against Everything two twits,  Lawrence Krauss of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio,  and James Dent of Vanderbilt University, Nashville now suggest in the New Scientist, the entire Universe is at risk because we have observed "dark matter' in 1998.

This is the Schrodinger's Cat  theory taken to an entirely new level of Theorydom ( as opposed to Dumb-Theory).
In some unfathomable cosmological joke on mankind, it seems these two twits are suggesting that the act of observation of dark matter in 1998 allows them to make an "educated" guess about a system which is 13.7 billion years old ( there own guess.)

I have an issue with the baseline observational analysis methodolgy of imputing stunningly drastic results (such as the increasingly imminent demise of the universe) on  data which purports to place great emphasis on a difference in the life span of soemthing which is 13.7 billion years old from an observational baeline which is nine years long. That ratio of 13,700,000,000 to 9 just doesn't seem realistic to me, like so many of the Liberal Idiopathic Angst Revelations.

And that is really the point of this post. The Liberal Idiopathic Angst with which the Democrats and now even the RepubliKrats continue to barrage the American Public.

It isn't enough to have a sound fiscal policy for the nation, or a clear idea of how to fight a War on Jihad which was forced on us by a bunch of Islamo-Fascist retards, (no offense is meant to those who are simply Intrinsically Challenged)

The duty of all politicians is to find AN ANSWER to the current Liberal Angst being picked up by every politician of every creed, flavor, and subsets of Liberal, Conservative, Libertarian, Green, Socialist or Earth Firsters is Global Warming. And then to first propose  a Committee to study it, and then to propose a NEW PROGRAM to combat the menace. Just as they have fought the War on Poverty since LBJ pushed that load of crappola on an ususpecting public.

Global Warming though, if looked at from a sufficiently long baseline is just another interstadial era. That is, just a warming period in betwen two glacial periods.
Conversely, glaciation can be viewed as the period between epochs of warmer than ''normal'' temperatures.

So when ALGore (who happens to be getting very, very rich from the hype) promotes an end to global warming, he is actually suggesting we should hasten the day for the next Ice Age.

As an unintended result of AlGore focusing so much attention on the issue of globval warming (if L. Krauss and J. Dent are to be believed) he is actually hastening both the next Ice Age and perhaps even the End of the Universe.

Could it be that  dark matter is the reason for the global warming instead of the admittedly more reasonable and much closer star we call Sun? Could be. It is also possible that if ALGore continues to blimp out, he may be able to capture his own moon with the gravitational force which is a natural phenomena of his blimpiness.

And for anyone astute enough who might gain access to ALGore in a TownHall meeting on global warming is the QUestion:
AlGore, are you not running for President so you can continue to make the $90-$100 million a year you do from the gobal warming hype?

And regarding that dark matter, Wikipedia defines dark matter as: "dark matter is matter of unknown composition that does not emit or reflect enough electromagnetic radiation to be observed directly, but whose presence can be inferred from gravitational effects on visible matter."

Which seems like a good analogy to the way the Klinton Gang operates. We don't have a clear picture of who they are - especially Hillary, and yet there always seem to be inferred actions which must have originated in a poorly lit, cigar smoke filled room which result in actions better left undone.  Vince Foster would agree with us I'm sure... if he still was able to.

Missing WMD's, Syria, Saddam

From John Loftus FrontPageMagazine.com  Friday, November 16, 2007
Finally, there are some definitive answers to the mystery of the missing WMD Civilian volunteers, mostly retired intelligence officers belonging to the non-partisan IntelligenceSummit.org, have been poring over the secret archives captured from Saddam Hussein. The inescapable conclusion is this: Saddam really did have WMD after all, but not in the way the Bush administration believed. A 9,000 word research paper with citations to each captured document has been posted online at LoftusReport.com, along with translations of the captured Iraqi documents, courtesy of Mr. Ryan Mauro and his friends.

This Iraqi document research has been supplemented with satellite photographs and dozens of interviews, among them David Gaubatz who risked radiation exposure to locate Saddam’s underwater WMD warehouses , and John Shaw, whose brilliant detective work solved the puzzle of where the WMD went. Both have contributed substantially to solving one of the most difficult mysteries of our decade.

The absolutists on either side of the WMD debate will be more than a bit chagrinned at these disclosures. The documents show a much more complex history than previously suspected. The "Bush lied, people died" chorus has insisted that Saddam had no WMD whatsoever after 1991 - and thus that WMD was no good reason for the war. The Neocon diehards insist that, as in Raiders of the Lost Ark, the treasure-trove is still out there somewhere, buried under the sand dunes of Iraq. Each side is more than a little bit wrong about Saddam's WMD, and each side is only a little bit right about what happened to it.

Middle East Imperative Jim Cash Brig Gen Ret.

This article which was written by Brig. Gen. Jim Cash (Ret) is one of the most informative, well written and fully credible articles I've run across in regard to the war on Iraq and the need to defeat Islamo-Fascism before it gets worse than it already is. Which by all of the trends I look at is reaching near disastrous proportions. Politicians are not part of the solution, they appear to be indentured to the problem.

MIDDLE EAST IMPERATIVE
BY JIM CASH

I wrote recently about the war in Iraq and the larger war against
radical Islam, eliciting a number of responses.  Let me try and put this
conflict in proper perspective.

Understand, the current battle we are engaged in is much bigger that
just Iraq. What happens in the next year will affect this country and
how our kids and grandkids live throughout their lifetime, and beyond.

Radical Islam has been attacking the West since the seventh century.

They have been defeated in the past and decimated to the point of taking
hundreds of years to recover. But they can never be totally defeated.

Their birth rates are so far beyond civilized world rates that in time
they recover and attempt to dominate again.

There are eight terror-sponsoring countries that make up the grand
threat to the West. Two, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, just need firm
pressure from the West to make major reforms. They need to decide who
they are really going to support and commit to that support. That answer
is simple. They both will support who they think will hang in there
until the end, and win. We are not sending very good signals in that
direction right now, thanks to the Democrats.

The other six, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Libya
will require regime change or a major policy shift. Now, let's look more
closely.

Afghanistan and Iraq have both had regime changes, but are being fueled
by outsiders from Syria and Iran. We have scared Gaddafi's pants off,
and he has given up his quest for nuclear weapons, so I don't think
Libya is now a threat. North Korea (the non-Islamic threat) can be
handled diplomatically by buying them off. They are starving. That
leaves Syria and Iran. Syria is like a frightened puppy. Without the
support of Iran they will join the stronger side. So where does that
leave us? Sooner, or later, we are going to be forced to confront Iran,
and it better be before they gain nuclear capability.

In 1989 I served as a Command Director inside the Cheyenne Mountain
complex located in Colorado Springs, Colorado for almost three years.

My job there was to observe (through classified means) every missile
shot anywhere in the world and assess if it was a threat to the US or
Canada. If any shot was threatening to either nation I had only minutes
to advise the President, as he had only minutes to respond. I watched
Iran and Iraq shoot missiles at each other every day, and all day long,
for months. They killed hundreds of thousands of their people. Know why?
They were fighting for control of the Middle East and that enormous oil
supply.

At that time, they were preoccupied with their internal problems and
could care less about toppling the west. Oil prices were fairly stable
and we could not see an immediate threat. Well, the worst part of what
we have done as a nation in Iraq is to do away with the military
capability of one of those nations. Now, Iran has a clear field to
dominate the Middle East, since Iraq is no longer a threat to them.

They have turned their attention to the only other threat to their
dominance, the United States. They are convinced they will win, because
the United States is so divided, and the Democrats (who now control
Congress and may control the Presidency in 2008) have openly said we are
pulling out.

Do you have any idea what will happen if the entire Middle East turns
their support to Iran, which they will obviously do if we pull out? It
is not the price of oil we will have to worry about. Oil will not be
made available to this country at any price. I personally would vote for
any presidential candidate who did what JFK did with the space
program---declare a goal to bring this country to total energy
independence in a decade.

Yes, it is about oil. The economy in this country will totally die if
that Middle East supply is cut off right now. It will not be a
recession. It will be a depression that will make 1929 look like the
"good-old-days".

The bottom line here is simple. If Iran is forced to fall in line, the
fighting in Iraq will end over night, and the nightmare will be over.

One way or another, Iran must be forced to join modern times and the
global community. It may mean a real war---if so, now is the time,
before we face a nuclear Iran with the capacity to destroy Israel and
begin a new ice age. I urge you to read the book "END GAME" by two of
our best Middle East experts, true American patriots and retired
military generals, Paul Valley and Tom McInerney. They are our finest,
and totally honest in their assessment of why victory in the Middle East
is so important, and how it can be won. Proceeds for the book go
directly to memorial fund for our fallen soldiers who served the country
during the war on terror. You can find that book by going to the
internet through Stand-up America at www.ospreyradio.us
.

On the other hand, we have several very angry retired generals today,
who evidently have not achieved their lofty goals, and insist on ranting
and raving about the war. They are wrong, and doing the country great
harm by giving a certain political party reason to use them as experts
to back their anti-war claims.

You may be one of those who believe nothing could ever be terrible
enough to support our going to war. If that is the case I should stop
here, as that level of thinking approaches mental disability in this day
and age. It is right up there with alien abductions and high altitude
seeding through government aircraft contrails. I helped produce those
contrails for almost 30 years, and I can assure you we were not seeding
the atmosphere. The human race is a war-like population, and if a
country is not willing to protect itself, it deserves the consequences.

Nuff-said!!!

Now, my last comments will get to the nerve. They will be on politics.

I am not a Republican. And, George Bush has made enough mistakes as
President to insure my feelings about that for the rest of my life.

However, the Democratic Party has moved so far left, they have made me
support those farther to the right. I am a conservative who totally
supports the Constitution of this country. The only difference between
the United States and the South American, third world, dictator infested
and ever-changing South American governments, is our US Constitution.

This Republic (note I did not say Democracy) is the longest standing the
world has ever known, but it is vulnerable. It would take so little to
change it through economic upheaval. There was a time when politicians
could disagree, but still work together. We are past that time, and that
is the initial step toward the downfall of our form of government.

I think that many view Bush-hating as payback time. The Republicans
hated the Clintons and now the Democrats hate Bush. So, both parties are
putting their hate toward willingness to do anything for political
dominance to include lying and always taking the opposite stand just for
the sake of being opposed. JUST HOW GOOD IS THAT FOR OUR COUNTRY?

In my lifetime, after serving in uniform for President's Kennedy,
Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush I have a pretty good feel
for which party supported our military, and what military life was like
under each of their terms. And, let me assure you that times were best
under the Republicans. Service under Jimmy Carter was devastating for
all branches of the military. And, Ronald Reagan was truly a salvation.

You can choose to listen to enriched newscasters, and foolish people
like John Murtha (he is no war hero), Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Michael
Moore, Jane Fonda , Harry Reid, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Ted
Kennedy, and on-and-on to include the true fools in Hollywood if you
like. If you do, your conclusions will be totally wrong.

The reason that I write, appear on radio talk shows, and do everything I
can to denounce those people is simple. THEY ARE PUTTING THEIR THIRST
FOR POLITICAL POWER AND QUEST FOR VICTORY IN 2008 ABOVE WHAT IS BEST FOR
THIS COUNTRY. I cannot abide that. Pelosi clearly defied the Logan Act
by going to Syria, which should have lead to imprisonment of three years
and a heavy fine. Jane Fonda did more to prolong the Vietnam way than
any other human being (as acknowledge by Ho Chi Minh in his writing
before he died). She truly should have been indicted for treason, along
with her radical husband Tom Hayden, and forced to pay the consequences.

This country has started to soften by not enforcing its laws, which is
another indication of a Republic about to fall. All Democrats, along
with the Hollywood elite, are sending us headlong into a total defeat in
the Middle East, which will finally give Iran total dominance in the
region. A lack of oil in the near future will be the final straw that
dooms this Republic. However, if we refuse to let this happen and really
get serious about an energy self-sufficiency program, this can be
avoided.

I am afraid, however, that we are going in the opposite direction. If we
elect Hillary Clinton and a Democrat controlled congress, and they carry
through with allowing Iran to take control of the Middle East, continue
to refuse development of nuclear energy, refuse to allow drilling for
new oil, and continue to do nothing but oppose everything Bush, it will
be over in terms of what we view as the good life in the USA.

Now, do I think that all who do not support the war are un-American---of
course not. They just do not understand the importance of total victory
in that region. Another failure of George Bush is his inability to
explain to the American people why we are there, and why we MUST win.

By the way, it is not a war. The war was won four years ago. It is
martial law that is under attack by Iranian and Syrian outside
influences, and there is a difference.

So, what do I believe? What is the bottom line? I will simply say that
the Democratic Party has fielded the foulest, power hungry,
anti-country, self absorbed group of individuals that I have observed in
my lifetime. Our educational system is partially to blame for allowing
the mass of America to be taken in by this group. George Bush has done
the best he can with the disabilities that he possesses. A President
must communicate with the people. And, I would tell you that Desert
Storm spoiled the people. Bush Senior's 100-hour war convinced the
people that technology has progressed to the point that wars could be
fought with no casualties and won in very short periods of time. I
remember feeling at the time, that this was a tragedy for the US
military. To win wars, you must put boots on the ground. When you put
boots on the ground, soldiers are going to die. A President must make
the war decision wisely, and insure that the cause is right before using
his last political option. However, CONTROLLING IRAN AND DEMOCRATIZING
THE MIDDLE EAST IS THE ONLY CHOICE IF WE ARE HELL-BENT ON DEPENDING ON
THEM FOR OUR FUTURE ENERGY NEEDS.

As an addendum to the article by Gen. Cash, I continue to keep an eye on what he has to say about .. whatever.
I noticed recently an upsurge in the number of people reading the article and how many of you are from Texas. Congratulations to the Texans, whether for or agais\nst the War on Jihad, an open mind and information is the surest way to reveal the truth of any issue.

I notice on occasion an uptick in the 'hits' from Texas, but have been unable to track down any good reason for it.
Any comments left to clarify that would be greatly appreciated. Gen. Cash's article has not gotten an awful lot of National attention from the MSM and I'm glad to see so many stopping by to see what he has to say.

And from the Left Coast to all of the military and ex-military, thank you for your service. As a Vet I understand your sacrifice and know what it means to be part of the Mil. Thanks again, It's y'all who are now the Real American Heroes. Blessings on you.

C.A.I.R. Round 'Em Up - Send Them To Club Gitmo

Why is C.A.I.R. (Council on American-Islamic Relations) still being allowed to operate in the United States?
This is just a presumption: If there is a group of people who are engaged in the list below:

  • CAIR is an organization founded by Hamas supporters….
  • CAIR was started by Hamas members….
  • CAIR … was founded by Islamic terrorists.
  • CAIR is partially funded by terrorists…
  • CAIR receives direct funding from Islamic terrorist supporting countries.
  • CAIR has proven links to… Islamic terrorists.
  • CAIR is a fundamentalist organization dedicated to the overthrow of the United States Constitution and the installation of an Islamic theocracy in America.
  • CAIR wishes nothing more than the implementation of a SHARIA law in American.
  • CAIR seeks to replace the government of the United States with an Islamist theocracy using our own Constitution as protection....
  • CAIR is here to make radical Islam the dominant religion in the United States and to convert our country into an Islamic theocracy along the lines of Iran.

Then perhaps they should be relegated to Gitmo, or maybe we can lean on the French to let us use Devil's Island for a bit? Better yet, they might be better off if they wre involved very directly with the exploration of space? Groups of the CAIR Leaders could be loaded into extra large containers boosted by Atlas 5 rockets, (weight limitations could be assisted by reducing the shielding and insulation on the crew compartments).

These courageous pioneers would be allowed to go where no man has gone before, such as Pluto or Jupiter, They could be provided with a navigation device which always points to where Mecca used to be. (Nuke the Moon) and they could be provided with all of the freeze dried pork chops and Jack Daniels the final stage is able to carry and then they would be able to send reports back about the conditions and trevails of intra solar system travel.

And recently the Moozlums in Los Angeles are grumpy about being "mapped" Well... we also keep track of where registered sex offenders are don't we?
The idea of a ''moderate moozlum'' is a fallacy of the type foisted off on the American Public by their willing accomplices the Lame Stream Press.

For those who have read the quran (by that dirty little child molester) Mooooohammud, the obvious conclusion when the moozlums are told to convert, subjugate or kill all of the infidels is reasonably easy. Maybe, just maybe, we - the rest of the planet - aren't the moozlums favorite kind of people, we like to be free, we don't want to be told how to dress, we don't want our women to be second class citizens who are subject to the whims of their husbands to the point of death. Or for our wives, daughters or nieces to be stoned to death for the horrendous crime of being gang raped by a group of moozlum thugs.

Those who wish to do this country harm, need not expect to find a sympatheric ear from me when they whine about being 'targeted' by methods which include racial profiling.

Racial profiling is a tool, like any other crime fighting or Anti-Jihad process tool - for instanc: Bullets, or Kevlar are tools.
But no one is suggesting the Military or the Police should forego the benefits afforded by the use of actually fighting the Jihadiim or any other criminal class without bullets and Kevlar.

Instead of a sympathetic ear, I might be more inclined to provide suggestions which at first thought might seem to be anatomically improbable.

Earth Friendly for C.A.I.R.

Caution: I have no interest in being Politically Correct, sympathetic, or wishy washy as regards those who would tear down this nation. If you find that offensive, so what. Go read something else.

This is an addendum to the previous post at  Left Coast Right Wingers
The Humane Society of the United States has a Grand Idea (for turkeys) which could also be implemented for those CAIR infiltrators and  agents provocateurs. It has to do with the linked description of the  humane treatment of critters, but could offer some interesting results in relation to interrogation (actual) and also in relation to interrogation techiniques ( testing).

This could completely do away with the argument about waterboarding! And because it is only a low voltage system which is used, it's even Earth Friendly. Requiring far fewer Carbon Credits to be used or purchased as offsets for the electricity used.

Mitt The Blunt Leaf

Mitt seems like a decent sort of guy, but do we as Conservatives need John Effen Kerry Lite to win the WHite House?
I was going to start posting all of the flip flops Mitt has been doing to realign himself in a more Centrist position. But I'm not certain if there's enough room at TownHall to do  that.

So as we begin to get into the Election Cycle in a serious fashion, we have Mitt going to the Center, Hillary going to the Center (when she's not in front of a Leftist Pinko Commie crowd) and the rest of the Doofusites are just running around without a clue as to how to stop Shrillary, except perhaps Hunter in the GOP.

But... Hunter doesn't have the experience necassary for the Top Job, yet. Could be that we should just forego the election and have Lee Iacoca appointed as Interim President until the rest of them grow up.
