The answer sadly is, No.
The Costa Rican populace is still going against the grain of the express wishes of it's Gov't and against the wishes of the One World, One Economy Whitehouse Traitor in Residence. (domestically speaking)
W pushed hard and got a CAFTA agreement out of Kongress who actually appeared eager to give away the farm, and the manufacturing plant, and the parts supply businesses, and......yada yada yada ya.
The
Whitehouse had their resident Press P*mp issue a statement telling the Costan Ricans not to get to frisky down there. IF the Costa Rican's vote down the entry into CAFTA, the Whitehouse is saying they won't be willing to renegotiate the agreement.
DUH!
IF they vote it down, the People of Costa Rica have said
NO, WE DON"T WANT THAT GARBAGE!
